Perfect

Last weekend the weather was gorgeous. All weekend long, sunshine and laughter.

On Saturday afternoon, our neighbors from across the street came over. We fired up the grill, made a couple of tri-tips, some garlic bread, the first corn-on-the-cob of the season (So Delicious!), green salad, pinto beans, and who knows what else.

Dinner was followed by a dip in the hot tub, and then their older daughter stayed overnight with us while Emily went to their house for an overnight with their younger girl. Em's very first overnight not with family. Oh--Em also lost a tooth sometime between dinner and dessert, and was SO excited that the tooth fairy found her in the wrong house that night!

Sunday morning, we went to brunch with some other neighbors at a new restaurant near our house, then we moved into our now-finished studio. Once I get some pictures uploaded, I'll show it to you.

All weekends should be thus.
