When I bought this house 3 years ago, I took pictures of everything we did along the way--it's the first home I've ever owned and I wanted to be able to keep a running record of the progress.
Now I'm on my way to begin making the scrapbook. It will sit on the kitchen counter during the open house so prospective buyers can also see the progress we've made.
I hope it helps sell the place!
