Zoo-pee-kee-koo: Zookeeper

Meaf-Boat: Meatloaf

Abra-two-dabra: Abracadabara

Gran-hole (must be inflected like old Saturday Night Live skit, "Land Shark"): Green bean

Salami-on-the-chair: Be quiet (I don't know; don't even ask...)

Amadal: Animal (as in "Amadals are made of soft, people are made of real")

Brokey-moon: Any phase of the moon other than full moon

Pillow-Stuck-in-the-Ground: Outdoor pipe covers

Ollie-coptor: Helicoptor

Devil-you: "W"

Fur-mop-a-door: Thermometer

Chichen: Chicken
